Since our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance, or design may occur. These variations are natural and do not affect product quality.

02 Skin & Usage Disclaimer

Rootra products are made with skin-friendly natural ingredients intended to support a gentle and nourishing skincare experience. However, individual skin types may react differently. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before regular use.

03 Orders, Pricing & Availability

All product prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. As Rootra operates with limited handmade batches, product availability may vary. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

04 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, opened or used soaps cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we will work to resolve the issue.

05 Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

All content on Rootra platforms including photographs, packaging designs, captions, and branding materials are the intellectual property of Rootra. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

In certain situations involving product availability, order verification, or operational requirements, Rootra may review, adjust, or respectfully decline selected orders.
